Responsibilities:

• Providing a compelling customer experience

• Lead a dedicated kitchen team and responsible of the kitchen’s operations

• Ensure that quality and quantity of meals/food meet established company standards and specifications;

• Ensures high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in work environment.


Qualification, Profiles and Experience:

• Passionate and knowledgeable individual with proper qualification in the related field

• At least five years in a similar position or any equivalent combination of qualification and experience in the catering and tourism industry.

• Dynamic and motivated individual.

• Organised and able to work independently and in a team.

• Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Able to work at irregular hours, on week-ends, public holidays and on a shift system.
