Customer Service Agent - AXA Customer Services Ltd

AXA Customer Services is looking for a customer-oriented service agent to manage end-to-end assistance cases, handle claims notifications and attend to claims queries.

The Customer Service Agent has the responsibility to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.



Your role:

  • Organising assistance and process claims according to service standards
  • Processing priority cases as determined by the management
  • Ensuring the system is accurate and up to date at all times
  • Ensuring that any complaints are responded to promptly by taking ownership and responsibility of customer enquiries efficiently
  • Escalating issues and complaints to superior

Your Profile:

  • Computer literate with a good level of typing skills
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Good level of Mathematics
  • Excellent customer service skills over the phone
  • A general knowledge of medical terminology and geography
  • An excellent communicator, capable of influencing and asserting opinion at all levels
  • Ability to demonstrate a highly professional work ethic
  • A high level of commitment is required for this challenging role
  • Previous experience within a call center and/or across different time slots would be an advantage
